About Us
Practitioners that put you first, every time
We did not build this practice to manage chronic disease. We built it to reverse it. That distinction shapes every clinical decision we make.

Backed by 20 years of clinical experience.
Our standard is optimal, not normal.
Most clinical appointments last seven minutes. Ours do not. Before we order a single test or make a single recommendation, we sit with you and take the full history – symptoms, timeline, medications, lifestyle, failed treatments, and what you actually want your health to look like. That conversation is not a formality, it is the most important diagnostic tool we have.

Dr. Mark Sherwood
The Physician Who Learned What Stress Does to the Body From the Inside Out
Before Dr. Mark Sherwood became a naturopathic physician, he spent 24 years with the Tulsa Police Department, the final decade as a trained SWAT sniper. He watched elite men deteriorate in their forties. Operators who had been physically exceptional at 30 were overweight, medicated, and metabolically broken at 47. Chronic cortisol elevation, unaddressed hormonal decline, poor sleep architecture, inflammation, and nutrition - his body had ever connected these dots for them. Nobody had given them the right protocol in time.

Dr. Michele Sherwood
The Physician Who Knows What a Body Performing at Its Peak Actually Feels Like
Dr. Michele L. Neil-Sherwood is a Doctor of Osteopathy, Fellow in Osteopathic Internal Medicine, and iFM Certified Practitioner. She is also a former national physique champion, a taekwondo black belt, and a judo black belt. Every clinical decision she makes is informed by what she knows from lived elite performance requires, what hormonal and metabolic breakdown looks like as it develops, and what a full reversal actually involves.

Their combined clinical perspective:
By addressing the physiological, hormonal, genetic, and lifestyle dimensions of every patient's presentation simultaneously, they consistently deliver outcomes that isolated specialties cannot.
